A felhívás szövege angolul:

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Berlin Institute for Comparative Social Research (Berliner Institut für Vergleichende Sozialforschung e.V. BIVS), member of the European Migration Center (Europäisches Migration Zentrum e.V. EMZ), is currently organising two scientific seminars regarding the topic of International Migration, Refugees and Minority Politics in the Enlarged European Union. This project is partly funded by the PHARE Programme of the European Commission.

We would like to encourage you to apply to the first of these forthcoming ConEst Seminars, entitled " New Governance of Immigration, Refugee Protection and Minority Politics in a New Europe: the EU enlargement as a challenge to the European Union migration regime."

The event will take place from 7th to 10th July in Montecatini, near

Florence.

There are 20 full scholarships available for young researchers from one of the 10 PHARE programme participating countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia).

Main Focuses of the Seminars are:

* Providing a platform of discussion for processes and networking in the field of European Migration Management.

* The involvement and development of less established researchers in the field of migration. This is organised through our newly established "Young Researchers Network" which aims to support and assist younger researchers by creating a network of contacts and promoting the exchange of knowledge. Young researchers are invited to apply to present research results of current work at these seminars alongside more established researchers.

We would also appreciate your support by asking you to inform any suitable students (especially PhD or post-graduate), interns and other possible candidates working in your field that may be interested in attending our seminars.

The application deadline for the seminar in Montecatini is 30th April.

We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Best Greetings and Kind Regards,

The ConEst-Seminars Team
